New Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw
A brand new museum of modern art in Warsaw opened on 25th October 2024, was built above metro line which balooned the cost of construction to 163 million euros. In person it looks like the construction crew removed hiding fences and left their barracks grouped together in a shape of a giant container with holes in it. Yes, this building really exist, without the sepia effect, it's all white. Make a guess what this meme is referencing

The museum next to the construction of Central Square
The banner on the fence announces the construction of a modernized Parade Square, now called Central Square. This project looks much more appealing as it will introduce more green spaces next to massive concrete monuments. The square will replace former installations meant for communist parades and turn them into a park where the alleys will be placed in the same paths as the streets that were completely demolished during the World War II.

The completely flat white concete facade is strikingly different than the rest of the street. I have no idea how do they keep those walls so clean and without graffiti.
